Comfort Bird

A bird made to be held

This one began as sanding practice and turned into something I kept. It's a comfort bird — made to sit in the palm, smooth the whole way around, with a little weight to it. It lives in my room now. Some things you build to use, some to give away, and some just end up staying with you.
